I often visit this Subway location for lunch during the week, and it has always been a fantastic spot. However, I've noticed that there have been quite a few new staff members recently who seem a bit unsure about their roles. One employee, an older gentleman, has particular difficulty following instructions and doesn't assemble the sandwiches correctly. For instance, when I order flatbreads, he tends to put all the ingredients in the center instead of spreading them along the top edge as is usually done. This makes it impossible to fold the sandwich in half after he wraps it up, so he just rolls it in paper. When I try to open it, everything spills out, creating quite a mess to clean up. I h...
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I received coupons in the mail and decided to order two foot-long sandwiches: one roast beef with no toppings. The woman working there only put five slices of roast beef on my sandwich and didn't add any extra, even though she saw I didn’t want any toppings. I let it go since I was using a coupon. When I got to the register, she told me they don’t accept coupons. She rang me up, and the roast beef sandwich was priced at $12.99, while the other one was $11.99. I had no idea this location didn’t honor coupons, but I’m extremely frustrated with the service and the stinginess. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Go to the one in the mall instead.
They don't accept the coupons that you get in the mail, so be aware of that before placing your order! Additionally, when you do order, you may find that they skimp on the meats and veggies. I'm not expecting an excessive amount of meat, but I would expect more than just four slices of roast beef for a footlong sandwich. On top of that, they charged me $13 for it! I could easily go to the new Primo Hoagies and get a Roast Beef Diablo for $12, where I'd receive fantastic bread, a generous portion of meat, amazing cheese, and fresh toppings.
Come in and when we go to order the gentleman is on the phone. Doesn’t put gloves on to make the food or wash his hands. Continues talking on his AirPods. 17$ for a skimpy Italian hoagie. Absolutely a rip off. Isn't subway supposed to be the cheap fast food of hoagies? I went in with a 10$ gift card thinking that was enough for a foot long. Lol. Never going back to this location or any subway location at all. Better off going to wawa across the street.
The restaurant has a tidy and organized appearance, but unfortunately, the customer service is quite poor. The staff seems irritated when taking orders and gives customers a rude look. The overall atmosphere here feels negative, making Subway seem like a high-end brand in comparison.
The staff was very rude and unfriendly. I was overcharged because my meal was billed separately instead of as a single order. It seems they need the money more than I do. I will definitely not be returning. Thank you.
