I visited four Subway locations to take advantage of the free sandwich promotion. The one at Big Bend and 301 wasn't participating, and the other locations had already reached their limit of 50 sandwiches, but the staff there were rather rude about it. However, at this specific location, the staff was wonderful! They had a positive attitude and were genuinely working hard. I received outstanding customer service here.
The staff at this restaurant are absolutely outstanding—without a doubt, the friendliest I've ever met. One employee, who I think was named Chris, appeared to genuinely love his job and interacting with customers. He turned the simple act of making sandwiches into a delightful and enjoyable experience. This is easily the best Subway we've ever been to! And just take a look at how beautiful this sandwich is!
The staff is consistently quick, even when I place my takeout orders through the app! Unfortunately, they were out of tuna and vegetables yesterday, which was quite disappointing. However, the team remained friendly and attentive despite the supply issues! This is definitely the best Subway in town!
