I gotta say Jersey Mike's does a lot better!! I have some speaking difficulties so, I had a prepared note saying what I wanted. I started out at the subway on 16th SW and about 104th. The clerk there wouldn't even read the note with my order on it. I asked her several more times but she simply wouldn't. I gave it a try but gave up half way thru. I went over to this Subway and they took my note and gladly filled the order. No problem, no hassle. That's how it should always be. I never have an issue at Jersey Mike's. Subway could really learn from Jersey Mike's.
Today, my son and I went to Subway at 10:45. The sign on the door and Google both clearly indicated that the store closes around 11. When we entered, the employees started shaking their heads at us, which made us feel unwelcome. They then hid behind the counter and refused to acknowledge my signals to open the door. I even mentioned that it was only 10:45, fifteen minutes before closing time. This behavior is unacceptable and disappointing. I do not plan on returning to Subway anytime soon.
This restaurant feels like a cozy family spot where you can always count on getting delicious food and feeling like a local. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I don't even have to specify exactly what I want, I just mention the type of sandwich I'm in the mood for and they always deliver the best one. Occasionally it might be a bit spicy, but I still enjoy it. It's definitely worth a visit.

I live across the street and I have to say, this place is terrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional, the food is awful, and the restaurant is not clean. I will definitely not be returning.
I had a wonderful experience at this Subway location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the dining area was clean and welcoming.
When they aren 't painfully slow, they don 't take cards and claim to be cash only. Here 's some more characters so Yelp accepts my post.
