I encountered a rude server the moment I walked in. I ordered two footlong sandwiches, and while he was getting the bacon ready for the second one, I asked if I could add bacon to the first. He responded with an attitude, claiming it was the third time I had requested a change to a sandwich. The truth is, I have never asked their staff to modify anything before, so I’m not sure if my mask led him to mistake me for someone else. Regardless, his condescending tone was unacceptable, so I simply thanked him and wished him a good day. It seems they might not care about losing a regular customer who visits twice a week, but I definitely won't be returning. I could easily walk there, but I’ll choos...

We were heading out of town and placed our order at 1:00 PM, intending to pick it up when we returned home at 6:30 PM. Since we got home earlier than expected, we tried to call and adjust the pickup time. After several attempts with no response, we gave up. Unfortunately, when we finally got the order, it had clearly been sitting for a while. The buns were cold and soggy, and the sandwiches were pretty bland. We attempted to contact them by phone last night and again this morning to address the issue, but they still haven’t answered. This is a very poor way to run a business.

I ordered a nearly $14 footlong sub with ham, turkey, and bacon, but I was quite disappointed. There wasn't much sauce, and worst of all, there was no bacon at all! I usually get the BLT sub from this place, but since I ordered through Skip the Dishes, I thought I’d try something different. Unfortunately, this sub was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the taste and quality, especially since it didn’t have any bacon as promised.

I've been a loyal customer of this Subway for around 15 years and typically have no issues. However, my recent experiences have been frustrating. I've encountered problems with wrong items and stale bread. Most recently, I ordered five subs online but only received four when I went to pick them up. The customer service here is very disappointing. We requested broccoli soup and were initially prepared to wait, but the staff outright refused, claiming they didn’t have any in stock. After about five minutes of back-and-forth, they changed their story and said they did have it, but it would take 30 minutes to prepare. I’ll be forwarding this complaint to Subway’s customer service department.

The food is consistently good, but the service and the pace of the restaurant are quite slow. I waited for half an hour while the staff prepared my meal and my partner's meal. In my opinion, it shouldn't take that long to make our food, especially since we only ordered one sandwich and two wraps.

Over coooked bacon very hard old bun an experienced staff member took over after he completed 3 online orders i was in the store for more then 30 minutes at 930pm on a Monday night their was a couple in before me and they were leaving when i finally got to order

They took away all of the deals, no more sub of the day. All of the prices are now jacked way up and to top it off the service was slow and I had to repeat myself for every single topping. Used to be a good location but not anymore. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Very poor customer service. First they said they will accept the offer coupon that had been shown and later during doing the payment they said it’s not valid. Trying to cheat customers with unvalid reasons.
