Ordered 4 Sandwiches for pick up (to be picked up by a relative). They only ended up giving me 3. I called back and the manager Jonathan had the audacity to tell me either I can go drive back to go pick it up (15 min drive from home) or get a refund but ONLY if I return one of the other sandwiches because I used a BOGO offer. Me using a coupon has nothing to do with the error he made thus now making me have to drive all the way back to pick up my 4th sandwich that they failed to pack for pickup.This location is garbage.
The restaurant at this location has been renovated and it looks much better than before. The staff I encountered were amazing and helpful. I gave it 4 stars mainly because of the portion size of the food. I understand that it may not be the specific location's fault, but the sandwiches have significantly decreased in size. I will still visit this location occasionally, but overall I find that Subway's prices for the size of the sandwiches are no longer worth it. The location itself is great.
This is the worst place to get your Subway the lettuce was horrible it was not fresh. Customer service is great very friendly. I would of given 5 stars I gave 4 stars for the reason the lettuce was not fresh.
There is a need for more female staff at this restaurant to skillfully craft sandwiches, as it has become a lost art in some establishments.
