The service I received from Yamileth at this Subway location was quite disappointing. It was clear that she was in a hurry and lacked genuine interest in her work. While I understand she may not see this as a long-term position, it would be nice if she could put more effort into making a quality sub instead of just hastily putting ingredients on bread. She also mismanaged my son's order, even though he had clearly communicated what he wanted. I didn't feel comfortable having her prepare my sub, so I asked another employee to assist me instead. This Subway location has been renovated and looks much improved. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the smaller portion sizes. While I know this isn't necessarily the restaurant’s fault, the sandwiches have definitely gotten smaller. I’ll still stop by occasionally, but overall, I feel that Subway’s prices no longer match the sandwich sizes. The location itself is convenient.
The service at this Subway leaves much to be desired, as the staff seem unmotivated and the sandwich preparation is quite slow. Long wait times and chaotic food preparation further diminish the experience. On a positive note, the restroom is well-maintained. For a more enjoyable visit, consider the Subway on Paramount Blvd.
Would be 5? if the workers didn't defend the cucumbers like they were made of gold. I literally just want cucumbers and they put 6 on the footlong sandwich total. Asked for a side of cucumbers: Got 4 extra slices. Such a shame ????

Awful service; the manager, Vanesa, is unable to address any issues. There seems to be a lack of customer service overall, as the employees are unhelpful and seem to mock customers instead of resolving problems.
This is the worst place to get your Subway the lettuce was horrible it was not fresh. Customer service is great very friendly. I would of given 5 stars I gave 4 stars for the reason the lettuce was not fresh.
