I hate to say this because I love Subway. They need to look into hiring someone else. The young man working there is a little slow. He is more interested in looking at other customers in the store than paying attention to making your food. I had to repeat myself numerous times. On this occasion he was talking to a worker in the gas station part of the store. He took his time talking while I was trying to be patient because I needed to get somewhere else. I had a coupon( God forbid) and he argued with me over what the coupon said. He also got huffy when I asked him for extra mayo. on one of my sandwiches. Forget trying to call them. Nobody picks up the phone no matter how long you let it ring...
Always a dirty, grimy feel. I've gotten subs a couple times and stopped because it kinda grosses me out knowing the employees stand outside smoking out front fussing and complaining with one another when they don't have customers. Such bad customer service on top of that. Quite a shame because it is a good spot for it the subway to be located.
The lead employee was rude. Refused to make a meatball sub because we came in to close to closing time. The sandwich we did get was just thrown together and was light on the meat. The lead employee was just talking down to the other one. The other one seemed to be from another store.
This Subway location is our favorite. They have everything perfected, even while they train new staff at the register. By the way, you can only purchase the bread here. We like to buy a few loaves to make sandwiches for work or for dinner at home.

The staff should be reminded to wash their hands after using a broom before preparing food. This experience was completely unacceptable and prompting me to leave the restaurant.
This is the worst Subway in the area. They only give half scoops of chicken when you pay $12 for a sandwich. When you ask them to fix it, they just put even less chicken.
The service was quick, and the food quality was excellent. The sandwich was amazing!
