Three weeks later, on August 30, between 7 and 8 PM, I returned to claim my sub. When I presented my receipt, the staff made me feel like I was asking for a favor due to the time that had passed. I reminded them that the promotion stated I could redeem it on my next visit. The teenager behind the counter looked at me over his glasses and then started to say, “YES BUT OUR MANAGER HAS DECIDED THAT…” At that point, I just gave up! Forget it, Subway! I’m not interested in being treated this way by teenagers who clearly don’t know how to do their job, thanks to their manager. What a frustrating experience!
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The person preparing my sandwich burnt the bread, and when I politely asked if I could have it changed, one of the other staff members refused my request. Since burnt food can potentially be harmful if consumed in excess, I cannot recommend this Subway. I suggest looking for another location nearby.
Very good service from young Alexandre's apartment I often come in the evening and when it's him it's just him who works and his colleagues who are sitting around talking nonsense with his very ordinary and unprofessional friends especially since the another young job for 2
This is my favorite Subway in Quebec City. The manager always greets me warmly, even though I only visit once or twice a year. The sandwiches are fantastic, and the place is kept clean. Highly recommend! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They are truly exceptional. We enjoyed a delicious brunch, thanks to their incredibly warm and welcoming attitude that felt genuinely sincere. I absolutely love those ladies!
They have undergone significant renovations, and the dining room is quite pleasant. However, aside from that, it's just your typical Subway.
