I visited today, November 19, at around 3 p.m. I waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me, but I could hear staff chatting on the phone in the background. Eventually, I decided to leave. Would it be possible to install a bell or something to alert you when there are customers? It seems a bit ridiculous.
Honestly, this Subway has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They are polite and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the place!
