Olofunke exhibited some of the rudest behavior I've ever witnessed in the food service industry. The gentleman she worked with was truly a gentleman, but she repeatedly pushed him aside to serve her customer before he could assist me, even though I was already in line. I watched as she intentionally bumped into him at the oven and forcefully maneuvered past him to grab toppings while he was preparing my sub. When it came time to pay, she sidestepped around him to assist her customer ahead of me. It was so blatant that the customer she was serving even apologized to me. I assured him it wasn't his fault. Very nice employees. Bread is always fresh everytime I go. Ordered off Uber Eats. I asked for a Footlong ham on Italian herb and cheese, toasted, with extra cheese, lettuce, cucumber and mayo. The first order delivered, my sub was covered in hot sauce.. I couldn’t eat it. Being 32 weeks pregnant and craving this sub, I decided to order it again. My second order my sub had no cheese (I paid for extra) and it was on the wrong bread. I’m not one to ever complain but, two wrong orders in the span of 10 minutes? Super disappointed!

I went in this evening and asked for my usual, gluten free bun sub, and the girl with dark hair and braids looked at me and said “we don’t have that”, and immediately turned her back towards me, without offering any suggestions or accommodations. Sub was wrapped very badly without squeezing veggies properly in the sandwich. Meat contacted gloves and knife were used for veggie sub even though it was requested to change, very contagiously prepared. Sandwiches were cut unevenly. Very pathetic service. First and last time to this store, never coming back.

Recently we placed an order online for pick up, and one of the subs we ordered was supposed to be a, crispy chicken. Well, let me tell you, that chicken definitely wasn’t crispy, in fact the breading was soggy. Definitely would not recommend that sub.
