I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I arrived at 11:30 PM, the staff member did not acknowledge my presence and was more focused on cleaning the counter and organizing the vegetable boxes. Her demeanor—unfriendly facial expressions, a rude tone, and dismissive body language—made me feel unwelcome. Ultimately, I decided to leave because of her attitude. I believe the owner should remind their employees to prioritize customer service until closing and to save cleaning tasks for after the restaurant is officially closed.
Went to Subway to get a sub. Wanted a 12 in half for now, half for later. I requested 1/2 to be toasted because if you do not eat it right away the bread gets hard. The server said that would be a hassle. A hassle. I said just make the sandwitch. Another employee came and started talking about heating it. I just want my supper. I will be checking other shops next time as I would not want to be a hassle. BTW the 3 star is generous.
I would give them a zero if possible. Waited in the drive threw for over 15 minutes and was the only car. They were out of wcerything we asked for and drive through attendant was rude.

The slowest subway I have ever been eating in. Canadians were complaining also. They didn't even deserve 1 star. Not recommended at all.
The staff were great. The meat is getting slimmer and slimmer. If the sandwich they handed me only looked like the picture....?
