Subway - Tisch reservieren

I just recently ordered three sandwiches which were 9-grain wheat toasted w/ turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and Mayo White bread w/ toasted with turkey, American cheese, lettuce , olives, and Mayo White bread w/ turkey, American cheese, and Mayo And none of them were wrong the 9-grain wheat didn’t have cheese and wasn’t toasted. The toasted white wasn’t toasted, didn’t have cheese, and hardly any Mayo. Finally the non toasted white was toasted when we asked for the other one to be toasted, and no cheese. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend as my experience was bad even when I got up to the window it was poor customer service wasn’t polite at all and threw everything together like it was nothing...

The Subway location in Elgin, Oregon had a very unpleasant and rude employee. We repeatedly asked him to scan the code for a coupon for a free drink and to receive rewards, but he seemed eager for us to leave, as he was the only person working and another customer had just arrived. When I tried to scan for the rewards at the register, he dismissed me, saying it was already done and wouldn't work. Even though I had informed him multiple times of my intentions to use the app and earn rewards, he simply shrugged and walked away. I am left wondering if being disrespectful and snarky towards customers is the norm at Subway.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 10 years, but ever since they hired a new cashier named Cat, I have refused to go back. She has been consistently rude to me, as well as other customers and employees of both the gas station and Subway side. Several of my friends who also frequent this establishment have had similar negative encounters with her. Despite the good service from everyone else, Cat's behavior has driven me to take my business elsewhere. This review is based on a lunchtime dine-in experience.

Slow and understaffed, you'll often find gas attendants making your sandwich while the actual employees stand around helplessly. Do they all have food handlers training? Nobody knows. One time we tried to get a sandwich only to be told they didn't want to defrost more marinara sauce at 3pm on a Wednesday. So yeah, pick one of the other two locations if Subway is your jam. Try the drive thru if you want to jump the line inside- they will make your sandwich first even if 10 people are waiting in line.
