To keep it brief, this restaurant is appalling. I ended up with food poisoning after eating here. When I was ordering, I noticed a bucket of spoiled lettuce and tomatoes, but I went ahead anyway and regretted it. The customer service was terrible as well. To make matters worse, the owner doesn’t accept coupons. It seems they need every dollar they can get to purchase fresh ingredients. They really need to improve.
I pre-paid for a sandwich, but when I arrived, they claimed they never received my order. I showed them my payment confirmation on their app, yet they still refused to give me the sandwich. I called corporate but could never reach a live representative. I still haven't received my refund. I will never eat at any Subway again.
Typically, when I order from this Subway, my sandwiches are well-made. However, this time, I was disappointed to find that my cheese was missing. There was barely any meat, and several items I ordered were missing. I placed my order through Uber, but I still hold Subway accountable for the issues with my meal.

I got food poisoning from this place. The customer service was poor, and I found spoiled tomatoes and lettuce in the front section of my meal. I don't understand how the staff didn't notice the smell. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your time here.
I was very pleased with my experience. I placed an order through the app, and it was ready for pick-up in just 15 minutes. The sandwiches were delicious, and we really enjoyed them! Thank you, Subway on Ashley Phosphate Road!
It's not awful. However, there have been times when we've received soggy bread, which seems like a result of not being trained to keep pickle juice away from it.
