the man in the morning with tattoos and piercings is the worst. I have submitted numerous complaints and have not even heard again. I always make a mobile order and he massages it every single time to the point where I order and haste into the restaurant so that I can watch it to make it and correct it. he says he only does what's on the paper, but that's very wrong because I screenshot what I set. he puts on the wrong brot every time he puts on the wrong beats. he laid olives and I am allergic to them, so I had to get a whole new sandwich. He is confrontational when I told him that he does it every time he said, "I don't know why they always come here then" just terrible and I'm sick of it....
If you could I honestly would go somewhere else. There was no greeting or anyone up front, then after a minute she walks out to see who's there then goes back to the back for another minute or so until she comes back. She didn't know what the sandwiches are so we had to read her what went in it. I had (wanted) the turkey cali club but comes to turn out they're out of avocado. She also was confusing the ingredients and put jalapeños on instead of bell peppers saying they were bells. Every table and it's ground was dirty, and the drink area needed attention. I am disappointed with this restaurant because they do not have an option on their app to add extra sauce to their sandwich. They also never answer their phone when I try to call. This restaurant is conveniently located near my house, and I spend a lot of money here. However, I do not feel valued as a customer when they do not take the time to make my order correctly or even acknowledge me when I call. I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
There is a rude employee that works at the subway in the morning I don't know his name this just happened now he works in the mornings at this location I was telling him what I wanted he kept shaking his head then when I told him I didn't want the recipet he started laughing at me

I always hear that you can't use coupons on certain sandwiches at this restaurant. Additionally, they are unable to process the codes on the coupons. The man's attitude is unpleasant and it seems like he doesn't care. I will not be returning to this Subway again.
On September 29th, 2022, I went to this restaurant that claimed to be open 24 hours, only to find it closed in a very unprofessional manner. There were no signs or indications that they were closed, giving off the impression that they simply did not care.
I see why this place have bad reviews . I couldn’t even get the Saturday meal deal at 12 midnight. Horrible service
