It *used* to be great!!! But I am scared to go back to that location now. Today was Baaaaad service New problem. My son is 4 years old and his favorite place is subway. He loves the ham and cheese sandwich and asked specifically for subway for lunch today. So, this time, I was hoping for a better experience with the order. I entered my mobile order and payment through the subway app. It said it would be ready in 20 min. Okay. So I arrived allowing some extra time. I walk in, say I am here to pick up my order. I went to this location two weeks ago and ordered two subs. The person making the subs was wearing his mask well below his nose and barely covering his mouth. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have walked out. In addition, it took him almost 15 minutes to make the 2 subs. I asked him on my way out if he knew that wearing the make like he did does no good at all. He turned around and walked away to help the next customer. I went there again today hoping for a better experience and it was worse. The guy making the subs was wearing his mask around his neck. I turned around and walked out without ordering and I'll never go back to this location again. Covid-19 is real and they are making no effort...

I hate to leave negative reviews but after giving these place many changes...more than it deserved, I need to complain. Ordered on the app and I arrived 5 minutes the pickup time. The young man working wasn't aware of my order. I waiting just under a half hour for my order and watched as he and another young man completely ignored 3 other customers that walked in. We ordered and paid for a large fountain soda but I was told that they had no ice so I could get a bottle if I wanted. I took the cup instead and filled it up with lukewarm soda from the fountain. Last time I went, I waited over 20 minutes, watched others be ignored and was given the completely wrong order which I didn't discover u...

This Subway location used to be good but not any more. I had horrible experience three times in a row. I was there today, it’s run by two teen aged kids who can’t make sandwiches and hardly can work the register. My sandwich fell apart as soon as I picked up to take the first bite, on top of that the bread was so soggy. It’s managed very poorly, they should have at least one employee well trained all the time. Seems like the management is just interested in customers money... This store does not work with the service there is a person who discriminates you for being Central America and he comes out to be more Central American than those from Central America, his service is terrible, they do not respect the orders in line, the orders are made their way, not the way As a client, that guy is a Rasista and they deserve to be taken out of the store

Horrific service, unsanitary. Takes him 30 minutes to make a sandwich. And he rubbed his forehead with his gloves on!!! Gross!!! Didn't change his gloves either. Just kept making this woman's sandwich.

I thought I'd give them a second chance. first experience was terrible, second attempt worse. they should just close, they don't have a personal and the one person they have is soou slow.
