I went through the drive-thru and someone asked if I was ready. I said yes and inquired about a protein bowl, but got no response. I repeated that I was ready, and still received nothing. I even yelled "Hello," but to no avail. So, I decided to drive around to the window, just in case the speaker was malfunctioning. I literally sat there while two women stared at me without coming over to help. I would have appreciated just a simple "hold on for a minute," because it was quite baffling to see someone at the window while they were busy assembling four sandwiches. At one point, I even considered calling emergency services to check if they were okay, but they moved a bit, so I eventually drove...
I ordered a cold cut sandwich with a little bit of mayonnaise and mustard with cucumbers lettuce tomatoes pickles and banana peppers I guess this is what we get for being the last customer of the night it looks like they threw it together just theopposite of the way I wanted it not to mention the attitudes they had while making a sandwich and unfortunately now they areclosed so now I cannot even have them remake the sandwich for me so I will be finding something else for dinner thanks for awaste of time and a waste of money I will not be using this establishment ever again. The Bread always split its either it's burnt or not toasted at all you have to tell them a thousand times what u want on your sandwich cause they keep asking but listening sandwich taste horrible they fired the last crew and Hired a even worse crew thismy second time getting a sandwich from them I'm not coming back Ever!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. I've never felt so at home in a subway before. Thank you!

The staff member at the Park Road Subway was exceptionally patient. Four children, all under the age of ten, were able to place their orders independently without any problems.
Omar did an excellent job processing our order quickly and accurately, ensuring that the line flowed smoothly. We look forward to having him assist us again in the future.
The speaker was out of order, so I had to wait to place my order at the window. The line was quite long, which made the process slow.
The staff were fantastic and took great care of us. I have to mention that one of the employees made me an amazing meatball sub!

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is fast and efficient, with very little waiting time. It's uncommon to find a line.
I really like this Subway location; they always get my order right.
