When the sandwiches came out of the toaster, I realized I was putting the wrong toppings on each. The woman at Subway made my sandwich with great care; she was very kind, and I really appreciated how she treated me with the same respect she would want for herself. The menu offered excellent choices, but her attentiveness truly enhanced the experience.
