Without a doubt, this is the worst Subway I have ever visited. As soon as I entered, I showed the employee my coupon and asked if they accepted it; she nodded, confirming that they did. However, as she made my sandwiches, she added ranch sauce without my request. Instead of remaking them, she simply scraped the sauce off. Then, another employee came over and generously squirted a huge amount of Chipotle sauce into my sandwich, completely overwhelming it. When I reached the cash register, the cashier informed me that she couldn't accept my coupon because it was ONE DAY expired. This isn't the first time I've heard of people experiencing issues at this location. Save your money and go elsewher...
I visited the restaurant with my sibling, and the interaction we had with what seemed to be the owner, who was training a new employee, was EXTREMELY RUDE. I decided to try the new Melts, and when I asked the staff member if she could melt the sandwich before adding the veggies, she flatly refused, claiming it would be "impossible" to open it up after it was melted and toasted. She then placed the sandwich in a paper bag and put it in the oven. As a result, I ended up with a soggy sandwich where only the edges of the bread were toasted, and all the cheese was still cold inside... absolutely TERRIBLE.
I appreciate the suggestion; however, I think having some signs in the mobile order pickup area or even removing that section entirely would be beneficial. I placed my order shortly before noon, but I didn't receive my sandwich until 12:40 p.m. As a result, it was soggy and cold, which made my experience quite disappointing.
The owners of this restaurant are known for being difficult and often asking for discounts at other places. It's better to avoid this establishment and look for more enjoyable dining experiences elsewhere.

This is our favorite subway restaurant. It's clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Although it's a bit tucked away in the shopping center, it's definitely worth seeking out. Highly recommended!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The service was really bad, and the older couple running it struggled to keep up with mobile orders. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Subway!
The restaurant was quite clean, and although the smell of fresh paint was a bit off-putting, we soon got used to it. The service was prompt, and the food met our expectations.
I was informed that they would not honor the buy one get one free offer. The sandwiches had very little filling, and the staff struggled to communicate effectively.
