We frequent this place passing through on our travels and stopped for a meal deal with cookies. A clever marketing ploy, the cookie trays were empty, but pre-packaged cookies (3 packs) were displayed next to the cash. Unaware, customers pick up these cookies thinking they are part of the meal deal, but meals only includes 2 cookies. Therefore, along with the meal deal, you are charged for the third cookie. Buyer be aware!
does not offer an egg sandwich after 11 o'clock? all other subways do via ontario. also the toilet seat was on the floor, dirty bathroom. is a restaurant in the position to operate without proper washroom facilities? I don't think so! Sandwich builders just threw dandwich together without asking what I wanted. do not go back, although we regularly drive through mattawa.
i only have a good word to say about that subway..in my broken English. and most of it..is because of the professional kind service of the staff. i chose a gluten free ,sandwich for 1 dollar extra . the place is spotless. very clean. with a lot of table and a cool modern machine for sodas and water. i will go back.
I eat at this subway all the time, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The food is ALWAYS fresh. The restaurant is clean, warm and bright. If you are coming to the area I recommend stopping and grabbing a few subs for a late night snack, trail side lunch or just stay and eat in. A+++++++ Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stopped here for breakfast and also got lunch to take with us into Algonquin Park. The staff were very friendly, the washrooms were extremely clean and I got a sub that was overflowing with veggies - what a delight.
Needed a Coffee and bathroom break. Server couldn't figure out what sized coffee for a refill even though the machine pre measures? Mens room was a mess at 2:30 PM on a Sunday?
One of the best Subway restaurants I've been to for the service the staff bring. It's usually one of our stops on the way to Ottawa. The food is fresh and the store is clean.
