I visited Metro in Castlegar with the intention of getting a sandwich, but my friend suggested trying a salad instead. I was hesitant at first, but was pleasantly surprised by the richness and variety of ingredients in the salad. Despite using iceberg lettuce, the flavors were still impressive. I decided to add chicken for some extra protein, which was heated and covered with a spicy dressing. Overall, it was a delicious meal and I was very satisfied with my choice.
I can 't go wrong choosing Subway. I always love the food. Only problem is the sandwich artists just seem to be younger and younger and often I get callous service. One time the girl answered the phone while wearing the gloves and then tried to...continue making my sandwich with the SAME gloves on! It would be inexscusable except the girl hardly looked 16. She didn 't get upset when I pointed t out to her and made me a delicious wrap

I went to the Subway in Castlegar with the intent of a sandwich. My friend suggested a salad. I was sceptical but was pleasantly surprised. While they use iceberg lettuce, don't let that fool you. The wealth and breadth of ingredients is rich with flavour and choices. I added chicken to provide a taste of protein. The restaurant's opening hours are unclear. Despite the sign indicating that it is open on Saturday afternoon at 4:30, the doors are locked and there is no staff present.
I always eat at this restaurant every time I pass through Castlegar. The people there are beautiful and very friendly. The place is clean, including their laundry room.
The Fish and Chips were disgusting the cook does not know the basiks,you always coat the fish with flour before battering,mine had spotty batter which was burnt
