I have never seen such horrible service and rudeness I am one of two customers in there on a very slow looking afternoon and it took them 30 minutes to make one 6 inch sandwich for the gentleman in front of me while they were arguing with him that hecouldn't substitute the meat on a sandwich when he didn't want to it was their fault cuz they were out of what he ordered so hewas forced to substitute but then they wanted to tell him he couldn't substitute tuna for steak they thought they were going tohave to charge him more because we all know that Tuna is more expensive than steak???? and then when they're finally donemaking hus sandwich he says he would like to take advantage of the buy $25...
Worst place ever .Food isn't fresh , poor service , bad quality .After ate a sandwich 2 days ago . I spend my whole night at the restroom. Throwed up the whole food ?Also don't put any order online, the crazy old lady who works the night didn't want to give my order. I ordered online pay everything's. Once there she refuses to gave it to me start to argue and told me if I don't live she will call the cops . (When my food is ready right behind her ???Really there is a lot of location but don't ever go at this location on Flamingo n Jones.
Not open 24/7. You can not enter (or pay by cash) after some unknown time of the evening. The employee says I can order online, pay online she will make it bring it to the door.If security is her concern, anyone can get her to open the door after purchase.If lack of customer service is her goal, she nailed it!

Ridiculous how their bathrooms aren't open to the public! That's just being cheap trying to have a low water bill! And yes, I know that's why they do that!

Clean. Good food. Fresh food. They got the sandwiches correct. No restroom for guests or public. Smaller restaurant.
