At this location the employees seem to be very nice. Have not once messed up an order in the drive thru, nor do they ever seem impatient when it's very busy. Believe me this Subway gets busy. The only issue I have is the poor food quality, but I don'tbelieve that it is exclusive to this location. Seems to be Subway as a whole. They revamped their menu, but the food is stillvery unsatisfactory. Not only that the price is crazy high for what you get, compared to other sub shops.
I ordered a steak salad with avocado, cheese, and aoli and when I got it it had none of those ingredients and a different dressing, they remade it and were apologetic but it was a pick up order for 235 and I didn't leave with the correct food until 330 because they didn't see my online order until 245 because the form ended up on the floor.. The guy making our sandwich made half, toasted it, and while it was toasting rang us up with his gloves on, collected our bills and gave us change back then proceeded to finish the sandwich all with the same gloves he started with and touched money with. Gross. Didn’t eat the sandwich.
Jenny was great! She greeted us and thanked us for being patient! They were slammed with orders and training new employees! They all did a great job taking care of the customers!
