Subway - Tisch resevieren

This restaurant is a complete disaster. I ordered a chicken salad box, but there was no chicken in it. When I brought it to their attention, they asked if I was sure there was no chicken in the box. I found their response rude and unprofessional. They blamed it on a new employee, but seriously, do they have Stevie Wonder working there? They even had the audacity to ask if I could add the missing chicken to my next order. There's no way I'll be returning after this experience. They didn't offer to fix the mistake, so I ended up eating just a half bowl of salad. Not impressed at all.

This is the best subway in Renfrewshire, no question about it. The staff here are top-notch. They are always incredibly friendly, and I appreciate how they always change gloves when preparing my vegan food (I'm lactose intolerant, so this is really important for me!). I can't imagine enjoying any other subway as much as I do this one. I would even go so far as to say it's better than the one in Victoria Station in London.

The worker did not change gloves when preparing my order. He was making a sub sandwich beforehand and then proceeded to make my order, resulting in my food tasting like whatever spices were in the sub. There was no consideration for cross-contamination, which could be dangerous for individuals with allergies. Overall, the food preparation was very poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Mistakenly charged wrongly and manager fixed immediately. Would definitely go back.
