I gave the 5 for a few reasons. this place is a running gear thru they must order their sub on the same way, but in the running gear thru makes sense right! but do we ever think about the multi-tasking to hand! there are never more than 1-3 employees who make fresh subs, in the car thru and in the restaurant. I have never waited long, always exactly what I ordered, it is almost neat, fresher and better than when they go to the restaurant, in my experience. and they are always friendly. that felt like a good reason to stop and give a review! especially today, if it seems that the food industry is weakened in this city!
My wife just ordered two Subs (online) from this location. Drove here, and waited 40min for the subs pre-ordered and paid to be ready.12 inch chicken bacon ranch with extra cheese, came with no bacon, no cheese, no Ranch, and the incorrect chicken!. The bun was black from over toasting!This is the most incompetent location in the city by far!. Choose another subway if you can!
What is happening at this store? Just visited (I live next door and visit often) and the decline of customer service. Last year this time everyone was always happy and cheerful. Over the last 2 months have noticed a huge decline. However TODAY . The young man had a nasty attitude and his body language mi g he as well have told me to kick rocks

Subway is subway. Not fancy, just functional. Always surprised when it comes time to pay just how much 2 subs cost. The newer 'select ' items are pricey for what you get. Love that my local store has a drive through, but they only help you at the window when there aren 't many customers inside.
Worst customer service ever. Angry staff that intimidates and rushes customers to make decisions. Also rather strange that staff should be surprised that there is ranch dressing ordered for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, not a new topping by any stretch.
visited on the 4th apr during the dinner, at 18.30 clock very good service was provided by sherrie and ashish. both made very good sandwiches. the multigrain brote were fresh, vegetables and sauces were also fresh. good work!
