Absolutely horrible experience, I arrived at 16:45 (4:45pm) when it says online that it shuts at 18:00 (6pm) I tried to order a couple of toasted sandwich for my children. I was rudely informed by the young female that the place was still open but if I wanted a sandwich toasted I should have came earlier as the toaster needs cleaning before they shut the place. I queried the time it takes for them to clean the toaster and was basically met with if I didn’t like it, I could leave. Just been for the nachos after seeing them on right guys, to find this shop run by unhelpful kids the shop wasn't the cleanest of places ,the customer service was none existent I had to ask for my box to be opened again to add some sauce which I wasn't offered, the girl was just miserable and mumbling, won't be going to this shop again...
Awful French restaurant with terrible customer service. The staff, who seem to be young and rude, make the dining experience unpleasant. On my second visit, their oven was not working. I recommend going to the Subway in town center instead, where the staff is much friendlier and the overall experience is better.
We stopped by this cafe for a quick lunch and were impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. The sandwich was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

a real manifestation! never visited and the personal spoke to me through choices. a good choice, really delicious and great worth in this clean bright room. why not 5 stars? the NHS recording and it warns signal or app!?
I can't believe this place is still in business! The staff clearly have no idea how to make a sandwich. I will not be returning here again, it seems to be run by inexperienced individuals.

The coffee machine is constantly broke/ the staff can't be bothered making hot drinks. Why bother having a machine when its constantly out of order??

place was clean and eating was good, but black sitting in the corner make me a bum print when I get up
really good service improved so much, went to lunch on Tuesday and was amazing. really nice sandwich.
