I just went to the subway in order to turkey sandwiches the lady was getting caught up on Uber orders. I know how that can be because I myself used to work at subway. The store was empty and there were two people behind me when he got to putting the jalapeños on there my kids like it a certain way they don’t globs of jalapeño I asked her to take two jalapeños per sandwich and chop it up so it will just be one slice down the middle of each she seem to not be able to understand language beer but then she straight up told me no she’s not doing that instead of just throwing stuff on the sandwich I explain to her I guess you can’t it’s just one cut and then I explain to her all this time that she...
I have placed three online orders at this restaurant, and each time has been a disappointment. The orders were not at all what I had requested. Today was the last straw for me. I usually don't post negative reviews, but it seems like they are intentionally messing up online orders. Both sandwiches I received were completely incorrect and didn't make any sense. When ordering online, you are supposed to get better deals, but I feel like they are doing this on purpose. The service provided is take-out.

My son is a big fan of Subway, but we had a negative experience at one particular location with a staff member who was either talkative and bothersome or rude and impatient. We will be avoiding this location in the future because of this individual. If he no longer works there, please inform me so we can return as the location is very convenient for us.
