Today, I visited a restaurant around 8:20 am. I attend PCC, so I decided to grab a quick sandwich for the day. When I arrived, I noticed a regular customer, an elderly man, who was being treated unfairly by the staff. He was shorted change, and when he pointed out the mistake, he was dismissed and told to check his receipt. This wasn't the first time I had seen him there, and I was sure he was correct. Once upon a time Subway was terrible, but for the last decade they care to be better. First they cleaned up the stores then worked to be fresh and that plus decent pricing is what we've come to expect (update: that expectation is soft lately). I like this location, and am very pleased with their newly added agua frescas (still good). The lemonade is like what you'd get frsh at hotdog on a in the mall, and the watermelon cucumber is sweet and refreshing. (Iced tea is pretty good too). Update: Discontinued the honey oat 9 grain, so now Italian herb is the sensible choice for Tuna unless spicing it up on jalapeño cheese.
Sad to say but I ordered online fr the BOGO footling offer, I was standing there too, when I said can u toast my sandwich the girl said “you didn’t mention it online so it will be extra charge for toasting” so didn’t toast mine.. I didn’t see an option online but may be I didn’t write it in comments but still can’t you do just toasting? Does that cost separate? I have not seen it in my past years getting sandwiches here before!! First time in my life I’m sad with subway is today!
Whenever I visit this restaurant, the staff is consistently courteous and welcoming. I love dining at this establishment because of its extensive menu and drink options. Located in Downtown Pasadena, it is spacious enough to accommodate a large crowd, yet inviting for solo diners looking to enjoy a meal while getting some work done.

Fast, friendly service. The person who rang me up was unsure how to redeem my electronic coupon, but she asked her manager and was promptly shown what to do and it didn't hold anything up. This is exactly what should happen when a cashier at a restaurant or really anywhere encounters a coupon that they're unsure about.
I arrived at the restaurant and found the door locked due to being alone, and was not greeted or apologized to. I had to wait outside in the rain as they refused to open the door, simply telling me to wait. The service at this location was disorganized and unfriendly, making for a very unpleasant experience.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on May 10th, 2021 in the evening. The staff member prepared a delicious custom sandwich and treated all customers with great care. The high standards of Subway were definitely maintained at this establishment.
Subway is great - I've been craving the Italian sandwich on white bread! The veggies are delicious, the service is fast, and this location is always quick, never crowded.
