I placed my order for pick-up through the Subway App. After shopping, I entered the address of this location into Waze, but it led me toward Tilly's, which was the wrong area. I then tried Google Maps, but that also took me out of the plaza. Frustrated, I decided to call the store. They are actually located across from DSW and right next to the theater in the plaza. When I finally arrived, I was late and my order wasn't ready, taking an additional 7 to 8 minutes. The employee didn't seem very friendly and didn't apologize for the delay. As for the food, it was fine; I had no issues there.

The food here is on par with any other Subway, but the service definitely needs some improvement. There was just one person attending to all the customers, with perhaps one other employee working in the back. Typically, other Subways have at least two staff members at the front to manage busy times, where one can ring up orders while the other prepares sandwiches. It was clear that this woman was feeling stressed and overwhelmed trying to handle everything by herself.

This review is more about the lack of online ordering and paying via the Subway app for this location. I work across the street and only get a half hour for lunch, therefore pre-ordering food is kind of necessary. I have tried to order, pay via the app, but have yet to successfully place an order.If payment types are not supported, why not allow online ordering and the option to pay when you pickup?

The staff member who is working right now didn't add the cheese I requested. He claimed that the avocado wasn't good, so he couldn't include it, but I noticed there were eight avocados on the tray. Wow, this is just the worst experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Their customer service is unbelievably poor. They just shout at the customer and don’t even try to hide they’re bothered when I asked for something. They should fire the guy with curly hair and the girl who was working at 7pm Sep 4.

Had to cancel order in the middle of preparation because of poor employee hygiene practices. She was touching ingredients and stopping to touch cashier register among other surfaces. Poor training and management.

This is a friendly neighborhood Subway that I've turned to throughout my life. The staff has always been welcoming, and the food is as good as it gets for a Subway!
