Subway - Tisch reservieren

Purchased a buy one get one free promotion on the subway app. Pickup at this locationShowed up at the store for pickup and they wouldn’t give me my second sandwiche.The owner was at home so I asked to talk to her. Owner said they don’t do buy one get one free even though the app let me order it. She just kept repeating that the app shouldn’t have let me do that. She made it my problemWouldn’t give a refund. She hung up and left the teenager there to deal with the fact she didn’t notify corporate that her store doesn’t participate.Horrible customer service and a coward of an owner. Steer clear of this location

Come to this subway! Great experience!I've been seeing some of these reviews but have had a very different experience than what I'm seeing on here. When I walked in the girl making sandwiches smiled at me and told me she'd be right with me. There was a long line and not many people to make the sandwiches but I felt so much compassion for this young girl because she was working hard and making sure everyone was getting there sandwiches as quickly and neatly as possible. When I ordered she was kind to me and very helpful. And plus the food is delicious and the place is very clean. 10/10. Would recommend.

Front door says they close at 9pm. It is now 8:15pm and the door is locked. Employee says they’re closed. Poor business ethic, change the times of that is the case.

Would love to give minus rating if it’s possible! this store always close around 7:30 pm even though 9 pm is closing time! Its horrible service

No fresh sliced meat as employee was not old enough to run
