I placed an online order for a pizza sub, but there was no pizza sauce (marinara) on the sub. I called on Friday, and now it's Monday and I still haven't received a call back! When I called again, they said there was nothing they could do because I wasn't willing to drive back to Hermitage on Friday night for a remake. I’ve attached a picture to show the lack of sauce. I won’t be returning to this Subway or the one in Walmart! There are plenty of other local sub shops that would appreciate our business. This isn't the first issue I've had here; there have been numerous bad experiences, but this was the last straw for us!
This place is so bad the freezer, cooler, soda machine and front line are all broken, there has been mold in ice machine. Front line freezes every thing causing meat and veggie sides to go bad faster the owner is extremely rude and misstreats his employees. Freezer frequently thaws out. Owner rarely orders what's needed. If you value your health please don't go to this or Walmart location in hermitage as both are owned by same person and both stores are bad. Go to Greenville location instead much better as they are corporate run not private owner who don't care
Absolutely disgusting! I stopped in to grab lunch, but while I was waiting for my sandwich, I noticed the employees were just chatting over the ingredients, and it looked like they were spitting onto the food. They were even discussing how they had been sick over the weekend, loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It was simply revolting, and I ended up leaving without ordering anything. The manager was not present, and the customer service was terrible. Honestly, it's concerning when the people preparing your food are behaving like that.
Breyden and his partner were extremely friendly and helpful today. They made the best sub I’ve ever had at Subway. I will definitely stop by again!

I watched my sandwich fall apart twice as it was being made by a lady who was kinda rude and coughed at least three times. Quality tomatoes though
Ordered an rotisserie chicken wrap on DoorDash and received a wrap with vegetables and no rotisserie chicken for 14 dollars. Never again
We just got sandwiches up there and the bacon was raw and we asked for it to be toasted and it was not toasted hardly at all.
The new and improved Subway menu is a lot nicer and tastier. And lso a better value than the other sandwhich chain stores.

Subs always good but the workers needs work on their people skills.
