I received excellent service during my visit. I had a coupon for two footlongs and was unsure which items were eligible. When I asked about my options, the staff kindly explained what I could choose and informed me that I could customize the ingredients from the pre-made selection. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the service and the quality and flavor of the food.

Always a bad customer service workers are rude i ordered a sandwich nothing to what i ordered i called the store and the worker in charge raul was rude and instead of fixing the order he decided to hang up the phone my sandwhich had no veggies and no chipotle dressing at all lazy people i will be calling corporate this not the first time

I never dine in (place can use some cleaning). Have never used restrooms, so I can’t comment. This is place is always packed and I never wait long for my order. The staff is always very nice. I like they accept coupons. Thank you. Overall, great place ?

For the sake of common sense, serving food on trays that have been flipped upside down is unappetizing and likely unsafe. Please ensure that your serving area is clean. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I went and my sandwich was plain dry worst customer service ever !!!I repeat worst customer service ….they won’t redo your sandwich !

There was mold in my drink, and when I brought it to the employee's attention, they didn't seem to care and just blamed the ice.
