This Subway in Lindsey has scammed me twice. The first time, I made a mobile order and when I got there to pick it up, they claimed there was no order for me when I got charged for it and got a confirmation number. They did not give me my food. I tried to call Subway and there was no way of talking customer service. I had to go to my bank and get help from them. The second time, they put a $10 tip without asking me and added it to my total. I never got my money back. They had horrible service and were very rude.
My wife, my 3 year old, and I went to buy sandwiches at 7 pm, and my daughter had to use the bathroom before we ordered. The lady working said sorry the bathrooms are closed for the night. I just cleaned it. We left . Customer service is a big thing. And the customer service she had was little to none. They lost business because she was too lazy to let a 3 year old use the restroom she had just cleaned. I believe they close at 9.Makes you think what other rules and things they cut corners on.

I ordered online last night for a delivery, I waited till the time of expected delivery on tracking onfo, didn't show up, then I recived a text from Grub Hub that Subway canceled my order and that if I had and questions to contact Subway. I've been calling the Lindsay Ca. Subway since 3pm not one time has my calls been answered and voicemail isn't set up.
