We walked in today at 12pm, we were the only ones there. The person working didn’t greet us, nor had the audacity to tell us to give her a minute to finish what she was doing. We waited patiently, once she was done doing what she was doing she asked us if we were ready to order with an attitude, as if she was waiting on us! Horrible service! This young blonde haired employee's service was straight out disgusting. 1. She never greeted my family and I2. It was not busy at all and rushed me3. She had the worse attitude for no reason4. After rushing me and having to tell her my order 3 times she got two sandwiches completely wrong.5. When I explained to her she had mest up two of my orders she did not understand. I had to explain it to her several times. She was nasty and acted as if she did not want to be there nor cared about treating customers with respect. This is the worse location I've ever been to, they wouldn't let me use my coupon on the footlong I always order with it. I noticed they didn't let anyone before me order what they wanted with that coupon either even though they didn't order any of the excluded items, I've been to several other locations that allows me to use that exact coupon so I walked out and went to another location. I should have asked to speak to the manager, the reviews were true, this location has horrible customer service. In addition the coupon stated some excluded items, none of which is what I was ordering. Horrible first time experience here.
The old lady manager working there did not want to take my money saying I had FAKE ONE DOLLAR bills I would understand a 20$ or $100 . I switched the 1$ bills and she wanna say the same thing . Her customer service was BAD she was doing paper work on the register not once said hi once the other nice young girl worker finished making my sandwich This was around 5pm rewatch the camera retrain her on her customer service she got 8hrs to do her paper work .

They are totally doushy here, got doubled charged 2 days ago came back for a refund they denied to refund me. The owner Nick and the manager Nancy or Yazmin i can't remember total doushe bags. Their thieves. I fixed it with my bank account. Don't go there!
Kudos to whoever was working this Sunday morning. She was super kind, my sandwiches ended up cute and not sloppy/all over the place, and she wrapped them well. She was really awesome. Thank you!
This is my favorite subway to go to a sandwiches are always fire and Amanda that works there has great customer service skills and she's really friendly she deserves a gold
The food service was good, but they don’t have a public restroom. It’s puzzling to sell frozen drinks without providing a bathroom for customers.
