Subway - Tisch resevieren

I had ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread footlong. I thought the flatbread was suppose to have chicken strips instead I got ground chicken and the sandwich says comes with Monterrey jack which I would of been fine with since my husband didn’t tell her what kind of cheese and she didn’t ask do you want cheese or not and what kind. I was in a hurry when I picked my order up because I had a physical appointment she said did you want cheese after she had already made it I said yea doesn’t it come with cheese already she said I can remake it I said I had no time because of my appointment. My husband tried to pick our online order up 15 minutes early, and the manager refused to give him the order, even though my husband had the receipt on his phone and showed it to the manager. He said he would have to wait. We live nearby and do business with him on a regular basis. The manager preferred to get in a screaming match with my husband, and then with myself on the phone, than to try and keep our business. The manager went so far as to accuse us of creating a fake receipt in order to get a free sandwich and rip him off. Really? We’re going to all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? He screamed Covid had made business tough for him. Evidently not tough enough that he wants to keep custom...

This is the best subway in all of North Carolina! The staff is kind, courteous and quick! They will get you in and out in a jiffy. I come by twice a week when I'm in the area. I've never had anything other than an excellent experience! Huge shout out to the manager that treats her staff with respect and greets every customer with a smile! Love you the hard work! Keep it up!!

order online 25 mins before i arrived workers are rude . even other customers said something about attitudes . still ended up waiting another 20 mins for one sandwich and 2

Terrible customer service.Tell your staff that customers are what keep them employed, and not to shush us away 40 minutes before it closes.Do better.
