Goggle says they don 't close till 9. So I drove across spring lake. Was in there drive thru at 8:30. The employee said they we 're closed. I said well Google says yall don 't close till 9. The employees exact response was We tryna go home. I 've worked at a lot of subways and fast food places. I didn 't know that was a option to tell your customers you closed because you wanna go home early. Very poor service in my opinion. After looking at these other Google reviews I 'm amazed this location is even still open with there **** poor customer service. Next time I 'll drive to Fayetteville before I give this location my business.
The sink was flooded so you couldn’t wash your hands there was pee all over the floor. There was lump of tuna salad in the cheese bin so much sliced meat on the medians between containers along the canteen. I skipped my usual spinach because it was so wilted and with the cross contamination I didn’t trust it. The staff was polite but not keeping up with sanitation the bathroom was gross. How are the employees washing their hands in a sink flooded with dirty water? I found this out after I ate, this is a health hazard.
I walked in at 9:45 am. I asked Gina what the easiest way to order enough subs to feed a crew of movers. She said just tell me what type of subs you want . And I'll take care of you.She made it so easy! She packed condiments and napkins. And everyone said how good the subs were!!!I just wanted to give a shot out to Gina! Not only did she fill my order in an hour. She was making online orders too! Thank you so much Gina!!!!
Do not eat food here for dinner. The food we got was clearly old and so disgusting i couldnt even put a dent into it. The steak protein bowl clearly had disgusting and old meat and my turkey on my sandwich was disgusting. I always get subway on base. This is the first time eating it offbase. I don't know why this 24 hour in advance for a sandwich box policy exist, it's not a lot of food. Every subway I go to to feed my crew had no issues filling this as a walk in order even if I do 2 boxes except this one. I'm sure subway doesn't hate money and whoever rings this site should probably look into
If I can give them a zero I would. The workers are incompetent and refuse to help. Would never come to this subway again. I’ll rather drive 20 minutes to another store.
Literally sitting in the parking lot at 8:45PM. They “close” at 9:00PM. Doors are locked and the worker is just standing behind the counter lol. What a joke.
