Using my phone prior to entering this location, I was prepared to order online and get a Buy One Get One for 50% off. However, I entered the store in hopes of simplifying the process. I was told that they could not give that online deal, but they had a 2-for-$12.99 deal. As that was even better, I said Sounds good and proceeded to order. Upon check-out it was asked for the full amount, and was told since I didn 't have a coupon, that was the cost. This was the first time the word coupon was uttered, and why someone would mention a deal from a physical coupon is beyond me. Help acted as if they didn't want to be there. No welcome or conversation. Just enough words to get a sandwich made. Bread seemed to be old. Very crusty and semi hard. Meat slicer on back counter with meats pre sliced and on sandwich line as always.
