Like others have mentioned, my experience was awful, frustrating, and humiliating. I’m 73 and living on Social Security income. I went in with a $3.49 coupon to get the Italian BMT as a treat after a medical appointment. I arrived just before noon when it wasn’t busy. I told the employee I couldn’t have the spicy salami, so I asked how many meats come on the sandwich. She said three, so I agreed and mentioned regular salami and ham, then asked if turkey could be the third. She said yes but never mentioned there would be a $1.50 extra charge. This restaurant is terrible! They either fail to open on time or don’t open at all. And when they finally do open, they are unprepared—no bread, and other essentials missing.
They advertised as being open, but they actually close at 1:30 PM. They really need to update their operating hours.
