This location closed early tonight. That?s fine, except it still took my online order AND charged my card. When I got there at 7:25 to get it, the lights were off and the doors locked. The employee opened the door a crack, said he didn?t have it. I said,but the website says it is finished AND it charged my card? The employee (quite rudely) said ?guess you?ll have to get a refund?then slammed the door. So I?m seriously supposed to climb up the corporate ladder of contacts for refunds for $20 worth of subs?Ridiculous
The staff here is fantastic – they are quick and skilled at their jobs. The employees working during lunch on July 21, 2021, definitely deserve raises. This is by far the best Subway I’ve ever visited. The meats are fresh and flavorful. If you're a vegetarian, I highly recommend this place as well; the meat is stored far from the veggies, which are very fresh.
Extremely rude service. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pickup after the tracker indicated it was ready. They informed me that they hadn't even started preparing my order and advised me not to return. I would rate it zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience.

The hand soap in the ladies' restroom has been empty for over two weeks. While this location offers a wide variety of beverages, the cleanliness of the restrooms is quite disappointing.
The service was fantastic! The staff were very responsive and answered my call quickly when I had a question. The sub was amazing!
I didn't receive my sub the way I ordered it. It's just a sub—how difficult can it be to make? Shaking my head!
