You can really feel the pride in the space the moment you walk in. On top of the great new look, the customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I stopped by Subway on a Wednesday night after my daughter's dance class to grab her a sandwich. I ordered a turkey, cheese, and avocado sandwich and asked the staff if they could spread the avocado evenly on the bread. The woman initially just scooped the avocado with a knife and placed it on the bread without spreading it. When I asked again, she said they couldn't do that. I explained that’s how I’ve always ordered it before. Then, using her gloved fingers, she mashed the avocado on the bread. I ordered from Subway via Grubhub and was quite disappointed. I specifically asked for herb and kesebrot for an extra charge instead of flat bread, but the owner claimed she didn't see my notes from Grubhub. The receipt clearly showed my request, yet she ignored it and didn’t offer any solution. I used to frequent this place, but not anymore! It feels like they prefer to lose customers rather than take accountability for their errors. I do not recommend this location.
Employee was helpful and but seemed a little overwhelmed and afraid to put many veggies. Owner overheard us ask for more cheese as not enough grated cheese on skimpy second sandwich as compared to first. She then rang us up and tried to charge us $2 for extra cheese . She backed off when we complained. Train your employees better and don't rip off customers!

I asked for no cheese because I’m allergic and they placed it on my sandwich. I did online order. Restaurant will not answer their phone it goes straight to a voicemail. I eat subway a few times a month. And this is the second time they’ve done this. Food: 1 Service: 1

Randa and her team are very helpful and attentive to their customers. I have no complaints on the staff or the food. It is always prepared to your liking. The line can sometimes get long but trust on the staff to make it move smoothly.
Had the new thinner flatbread- what an improvement- good flavor and less bread. I eat at this location twice a month and always have a good experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great, fresh ingredients every time. Fun employees. Never have an issue. Only problem is the location, a lot of drug use and homeless in the area.
Its a smaller place but it's got 10/10 service and the sandwiches are great as usual
