Not a great experience with the members of staff. Ordered food we realised there was a mistake as we ordered tuna mayo but received chicken on the baguette. We called up to advise the issue as my colleague was allergic to what was in the baguette the staff member was not helpful she did not care at all about the issue or trying to resolve the matter. We spoke to the manager she did not care either even said “come to my shop then” sounds like very threatening behaviour ? Don’t appreciate how they reacted over the phone.
