Went in yesterday to get some lunch, I was the only one there, and the place isn't big. Shop needs to be upgraded kitchen is probley even worse. All 3 members of staff joking and laughing in the kitchen another two people behind me walked off. All I can say is the staff need to learn how to talk to people, the look on the woman was like why am I here making a sandwich and not joining in the kitchen and joining in the gossip. I've been to a lot of subways and this is probley the worst one when it comes to servicing customers.
This place has one of the most horrible customer service that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been attended by two ladies lately and it’s hard to eat something made in such a bad mood. They don’t even look you in the face, they throw the food into the bread and look mad if you ask any question. I know it’s a fast food but the owner invest in customer service for this employees as know deserves to pay to be serviced with such a bad attitude.
I ordered two nachos with Southwest sauce, but unfortunately they were served with no sauce. The man who served me seemed lazy and did not refill the sauce because he couldn't be bothered. The hot chocolate was a waste of money as they simply added a Cadbury sachet to hot water. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the best place for nachos is in Coventry city center.
We needed to contact the shop to change our order but the phone number doesn’t work. We managed to speak to the woman at the shop, through the delivery drivers phone, but she just said it was too late and we should have called. She couldn’t get that “THE NUMBER DOESN’T WORK!! Very rude, very unhelpful. Won’t be going there again. .

I buy footlong sandwich with drink and walkers crisp and i pay 11£ one guy where working there on aftenoon shift is very rude and unprofessional. Another reason give 2 stars because him say like that.. dont seat on chair because cleaning. Omg i been there about 9pm. From now i dont buy anything from there.
Terrible experience at this restaurant. Half of my order was missing and the food that was delivered was lukewarm. I attempted to call and complain but the phone number listed on the website and Just Eat was incorrect. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I recently ordered food from Uber Eats and when it arrived, there was no meat in it at all. It only had salad, which is very disappointing. I will not be ordering from this place again.
Went to subway to pick up my subway for my family told me to next time come with my family. Worker was very rude do not com here
