Uncaring service. Didnot operate in accordance with usual procedure. I told her what sandwich I wanted but she didnot even ask me what toppings I wanted. Before I knew what was happening, she had wrapped up the sandwich and was at the cash register. Shehad a smile on her face for sure, but I wasn't amused. Happened on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at around 1 PM. UPDATE on Sept 12,2022 Usually when I rarely post a 1 star review, someone inquires about the problem. But not so in this instance. So theowner doesn't care, is isn't disciplined enough to track customer feedback. ????
I visited this restaurant one morning around 11:45 AM and had a disappointing experience. The Indian woman behind the counter was quite unprofessional. I ordered the veggie delight, which is meant to be meat-free, so she should have filled it with plenty of vegetables. Instead, she added very few, and I had to repeatedly ask her to add more. I won't be returning to this location and would suggest going to the nearby Subway instead. A month ago, when the manager was present, he was very professional and polite.
The team here is fantastic! The manager is hilarious, and I really enjoy his energy. His crew is excellent as well. This is easily the best Subway in the country! They truly deliver on great service and food. Be sure to try the steak and cheese melt!
UPDATE on September 12, 2022: I rarely write one-star reviews, but I would expect someone to contact me to discuss my concerns. Since that hasn’t occurred in this instance, it indicates to me that the owner is not responsive to customer feedback.

The customer service at this location is outstanding; the staff members are extremely friendly and among the nicest individuals you'll encounter. As for the food and overall experience, it meets all the expectations you'd have for a Subway.
The food was incredibly disappointing. I reached out to request a return and a refund, but was informed that there were no options available. I intend to get in touch with the owner and my credit card company regarding this matter.
I just stopped in at 9pm ish on a Friday night THE NICEST PERSON EVER helped me out. I wish I'd gotten her name but she was patient and super kind friendly. Whoever she is, she deserves recognition.
Excellent customer service! The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely wonderful people. They accept all vouchers, and overall, you get exactly what you would expect from a Subway.

Staff is amazing, you could have good conversations with the employees. the sandwiches are amazing even though a but pricy but worth it.
