The location at 6223 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 is disrespectful and dishonest. I visited this restaurant tonight at 7:15 on October 22, 2023, and had a negative experience. The staff had already cleaned the bathroom 45 minutes before closing and refused to let a customer use it, even though they were making a purchase. When I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on white wheat, the Spanish lady working there rudely mentioned that the coupon I had wouldn't work with my order. I didn't even plan on using the coupon, as I knew what I wanted to order. Additionally, my sandwich was made with rotisserie chicken instead of the correct type of chicken, and I was told I would have to pay ex...
Ordered ahead on the app but when I got to the store, they said they never received my order. After looking on the back counter, they found the ticket and started to make my sandwich. This took a long time and defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead. The bread was hard and stale, and the spinach was soggy. The only good thing were the cookies which, I would assume, were not made in that kitchen. This location also does not accept subway coupons. I recommend going to another location entirely.
The lady working (alone) with the baby in the back was nice.... However, we ordered 4 foot long sandwiches, when we got home to eat them, everyone's bread was hard (not toasted), so it's stale. Some of the vegetables didn't appear all that fresh and 3/4 of us had stomach issues for two days after eating, so I'm assuming the meat wasn't fresh either. I need to stick to the usual Subway I go to, won't be returning here.
Dude making my sandwich sneezed coughed (not in his sleeve or turned his head then jusy kept on making my sandwich (matter of factly . I had to refuse to take the sub (Seriously are you kidding me? Excuse me, but can I have the sub but hold the spit please? Where's the health department when you need them? If he's doing that out front, what the hell is going on in the back? Never again!

The guy who just answered my call should quit if he does not want to work. Which kind of animal behavior is that? If you guys don 't have what I need, just say you don 't have it instead of being nasty on the phone.
I walked in and they closed the door on me. This will be my first and last time trying to eat at this restaurant.
The lettuce was not fresh and tomatoes were mushie. This use to be a great shop. It was just a bad day.
