We ordered a delivery for foot long chicken and bacon ranch (cheese and toasted) and a foot long Spicy Italian (extra cheese and toasted) Instead we got two Spicy Italians with no cheese and not toasted- stone cold. Also the meat wasn’t at the bottom...of the bread so it all fell out as it was basically upside down. When we rang to say that it was wrong they didn’t answer as it had “shut”. As someone who used to work at subway I know how to make a sub and that there are staff still around after closing so someone was probably there to answer the phone. I know the standard and this definitely wasn’t met. We really want a refund. We paid £22 for something that wasn’t our order. Really unhappy.
I wish I could give zero stars! My experience at this restaurant was awful. The food arrived cold and some items were missing from my order. I will never come back here again. The staff hung up on me three times and refused to connect me with the manager. Eventually, they claimed to be the manager themselves. They were extremely rude and intimidating when trying to resolve the issue. I never received a refund for the missing items. I couldn't even request a refund on JustEat because of the missing order. The service was just terrible.
I went in there trying to redeem my free sub from my sub card points, but it was awful. First I was overcharged for making it a meal, then the manager came over and said my sub card wasn’t working. I asked can I try...it again and he said yes, so I did and he said it still wasn’t, he then just walked off! The manager showed no sympathy about the fact that they were the problem. What is the point in having a sub card loyalty system if when you go to redeem it you can’t! I was very frustrated partially due to the managers rudeness.
went in to get a sub 5 workmen in there 3 without masks (i thought everyone has to due to covid) 1 gentleman had his hands inside the back then front of his trousers put his hands on things and then paid for his sub...i left without ordering as wouldnt want his change or anything that he has touched plus poor hygiene of items for the next customer and i bet the staff didnt clean/disinfect the items that he had touched once they had been around his privates place needs a good clean after seeing that

personal rude, must clearly work on their customer service. subs threw together and fell apart when they were not raped. the young man at the time took his mask down his nose twice with his hand, before he absolutely disgusted it on his pants, seriously. did he even hear from covid?!
I ordered from a restaurant on Just Eat and my food arrived about 20 minutes late. Unfortunately, they forgot the pigs in a blanket that I had paid £2.09 for. Despite this, I am giving them three stars because the food I received was delicious.
a beautiful and small subway in the heart of the st. neots city center. the workers in the subway are very friendly, helpful happy. no oversized restaurant, but a decent distance is available. a clean, clean restaurant. yes, I recommend
Staff were so so friendly and had a smile on there faces. Food was delicious typical great subway food! Not too busy. Toilets were out of order but other toilets available near the meadows. 100% recommend.
