What a find! We stumbled across this DC gem by accident and were utterly delighted with the charming ambiance and the extraordinarily friendly people. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and our server, Marilyn, made us feel like family within moments. The General Manager even took the time to make sure we were being taken care of properly. Now, let’s get down to the food. The chef? Fantastic! You absolutely must try the Scotch eggs as an appetizer. And don’t leave without trying the Brie with fruit nut bread. The combination of sweet and savory was to die for! Oh yes, we will surely be back!
We LOVED our time at Succotash Prime! The food was great but the service we received was superb! Lebaron was such an awesome server he is a great communicator, super knowledgeable of the menus drinks and food, and just super pleasurable in his conversation. You could genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does. We would come back just to be served by him it’s obvious that he wants to ensure that you leave having had a great experience. Cheers to Lebaron for an outstanding job!
We came here sight unseen on New Years Eve and we were shocked by an absolutely fantastic meal to start our evening. But let me talk about the cocktails they are delicious and are backed by an absolutely mind blowing scotch list. I have yet to find another location serving Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottles.
Exceptional service, flawless food, attractive decor. The steak-frittes was especially delicious. Attentive and friendly staff. Kudos to Chef Will for such a beautifully crafted culinary offering. Can’t wait to return! (noise level high in the dining room, sound damping could be useful)

This place is amazing! Can’t go wrong the seabass, salmon, crab cakes, gnocchi all delicious. Try the scotch egg.
