I went for the experience with my 7 year old. I did not like the size of the table we were seated at to begin with. To put it into perspective, the menu covered half of the table (and got in the way the whole dining experience). We sat for about 5 minutes before someone passed by and asked if we wanted water. That was our waiter. No greeting, no welcoming us to the restaurant just, y 'all need some water? Another 10 minutes go by and he takes our order. I made a reservation nearly a month in advance, hoping for an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff did not greet us warmly, and their lack of enthusiasm was apparent. They seemed unfamiliar with the dance routine and struggled to keep up with our requests. To make matters worse, they ran out of fries, so we couldn’t even order food. Even without placing an order, it took a staggering two hours for them to perform a lackluster birthday dance. 4 of us came here as tourists, food was OK, nothing to report but the server was quite abrupt, we ordered 4 appetisers and before we finished this, one main course came out, 15 minutes later the rest of our mains came out. Without removing our appetiser plates, making no space to even leave down our main courses. When we got the bill it was the most attentive we seen our server all evening standing at our table and waiting for it! Super nice restaurant but they seated us and many others in a small little cove. Upstairs was the nicer part of the restaurant, with air flow and windows. We were seated in the right little area, it was stuffy, they had one person helping all the tables. We were not given menus for a whole because front staff is supposed to have you can the QR code for a menu but they did not so after we got a menu, we waited a while before ordering and then half of our food came out after half the table was done with it their food. We had kids so it was just not fun when they are starving. They add a 20% gratuity, but you don't know that until the end.
While reviews can sometimes be tough, let's remember that we're all just humans doing our best! Sugar Factory Las Vegas was an incredible experience, and I plan to return every time I'm in town. From the service and food to the atmosphere, professionalism, and management—everything was top-notch! Thank you for the wonderful Valentine's Day celebration! The staff truly enjoyed singing and celebrating birthdays, especially for the kids, so if you're celebrating, don't hesitate to shout out! You don't find this kind of fun in many other places. This place is only good if you’re hammered and/or came for pictures. They have a MANDATORY tip and then have the audacity to ask for more tips. The food is god awful, like someone mixed pig slop and skittles and called it a day. The drinks are cool when they pour them, but they’re 90% ice. We had reservations a month in advance and they sat us at a super small table right by the kitchen. The waitress wasn’t mean, but she wasn’t nice either, and she took FOREVER to bring us anything that we asked for. They weren’t packed either. We won’t be returning.
I made a reservation for a birthday dinner, at least 3 weeks aheaad of time. We arrived early and were sat at a very small and uncomfortable table. Even worse, the food was sooooo terrible when it arrived. The service was lackluster to put it nicely and not far behind the food in rating very low on my list of services that made a restaurant enjoyable. I would absolutely not visit again.If you want to go for the picture opportunities, and maybe a drink go for it, but I fully recommend skipping their food and don't expect great service.

Precious is an outstanding employee! She made my sister feel special during her bridal shower brunch, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. I would rate the experience a perfect 10 out of 10!
Way over priced, service was unhelpful, an added a service charge for bringing you your ice cream.
