Used to be a wonderful little gem in waterford, but has recently gone downhill. Multiple people told us that they are always running out of the specials and common sides, such as mashed potatoes, which basically go with most specials. We went anyway, with a reservation, and were sat quickly. We received drinks and ordered. Server came out 15 minutes later to tell us they were out of 2 of our parties specials. Had to change orders. Received salads and coleslaw. Another 15 minutes and the server came out to say there were no mashed potatoes, which 3 of us had ordered. We were then told we were supposed to pay for a replacement side, even though its not our fault they ran out of the included si...
your food and portion sizes have went way down hill. the last 3 time we were there the food gross, portions were small. we won't be back, strike 3 in a row, your out. It was 1:00 in the afternoon. was not busy, I can't find an excuse for this change
This is a wonderful spot to experience the charm of country living. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is friendly. It seems that no matter what you choose from the menu, it will be delicious.

Fantastic and historical place with excellent quality fresh made food and fruit pies! The chocolate peanut butter was great! Portions are huge!
