I have been going to S&N on and off for some time. More recently, I have been on the lookout for a regular coffee stopover. I have hit the jackpot. I rate this place a strong 4.5!I can't go into this cafe without devouring a delicious cupcake. The sweet foods are varied and divine. The lunch menu might be a little limited.Above all else, the staff in this cafe are wonderful. Despite having only been going there regularly for a few weeks, I feel acceptance. I always manage to have a chat with one of the staff and impede their work. I love dropping by Sugar & Nice for baked goods when I'm in the hood. I have sampled various sweet treats in the past and my favourite toast-to-order smores has since been surpassed by my new favourite - the kouign-amann. I've only seen these at other bakery in Perth. It's pure sugary butter crunchy joy. Kinda like a cronut/danish/croissant hybrid. At $6 a little exxy but pure sex in mouth.
Not impressed at all! Poor selection, unfriendly AND inattentive staff. Quality of the desserts were alright. The coffee was horrible and I didn't even want to drink it after the first sip. Wouldn't waste my time and money especially when there are plenty other great options in Perth.
One of the best cinnamon scrolls ive eaten. I love sweet foods and this was amazing. Coffee wasn't really to my liking tho. I don't live north of the river but the next time I'm in the area I will be sure to drop in again and try something different

Great coffee but disappointed with the muffin I had. Blueberry and dark chocolate, certainly weren't fresh blueberries and it was sickly sweet. Almost as though it was drowned in syrup before cooking. Would visit again for coffee, but maybe not food

Lemon meringue bundt cake is too good to resist! Right amount of sweetness and sourness. Coffee is good too. I love the cosy interior ambiance.
