This was my first and last order with Sugar Jones. I drove out once before but the Riverside location was closed for renovation despite their Google and social media listings saying they were open.This time, I called ahead and ordered a dozen gluten-free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday in advance with a confirmed pick-up date and time 43 and change for a dozen GF cupcakes). On the day I went to pick them up (at opening, as arranged), I received a call just as I pulled into the parking lot saying they didn't have the ingredients to make them so they weren't ready. However, they were out getting the ingredients so they could be ready later in the day. I live about half an hour from this lo...
I firmly believe that Rockford would not be as sweet if it were not for Sugar Jones. I have been going to sugar Jones since they were in their first shop off of Rural and have never tried anything that I didn't instantly love. Not only do their cupcakes look amazing, they taste amazing too! But let me tell you about their donuts....they are UNBELEIVABLE. The churro donut literally melts in your mouth. The locations are always clean and the staff is polite and patient. If you haven't tried Sugar Jones yet yo are really missing out! If you end up going to KBQ next-door make sure you try the cheesecake bingsu, the cheesecake is made by sugar jones!
after the taste test on several local bakeries we have chosen sugar jones for my daughter high time in juni and they have exceeded our expectations far! they created the most beautiful cake exactly what the braut and the tantigam demanded and it was delicious! we also had a selection of mini bars and cupcakes for the guests. we followed the recommendations of sugar jones and the quantity and dessert selection was perfect! all our guests were still running over the cake and desserts and no one left. Many thanks for their suggestions and the passion they put behind their cake designs! you helped create the perfect day for them! you are the best!
Kinda disappointed in our Valentines day cake. Nice presentation but severely lacking in flavor. Frosting has zero taste. Cookies and cream filling has zero taste. Cake itself is bland and a little dry. It's nothing at all like the cupcakes. It's kind of surprising because we have always enjoyed the different cupcakes we've tried. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

delicious tasty bites here! we have our wedding desserts and cakes from here. the staff is so friendly and great. they even tested a new taste for a vegan cake we wanted and it was delicious! the cake decoration was exactly what we wanted. ?
Ordered 1/2 dozen cupcakes By hour 4 , they were stale hard , they weren’t in a hot room the one I ate right away was good , (peanut butter )I called in , left name , they said they’d have a manager get back to me , they never did ..
