We were waiting for them to open and they came and let us in a bit early to be seated. The wait staff was super friendly and nice. The pizza was great. We got the garlic chicken and the meats pizza. We got a kids pizza and it was much bigger than expected. My son got the shrimp pasta and there was barely anything left because it was so good. We couldn’t resist the cheesecake which was an excellent choice. We are also in the pizza business so my husband had some questions about the pizza oven and dough. They allowed him to go back there and talked with the pizza chefs for a while. He said they were super friendly and answered his questions. It was an overall great experience! Highly recommend...
Jim, the owner, is a genuinely wonderful person. We reached out to numerous restaurants in the area to cater for a group of 28, and he readily stepped up to the challenge. He crafted an outstanding menu at a fantastic price and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. The food was exceptional, clearly showcasing their use of fresh ingredients and house-made sauces, dressings, and more. He also made sure to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any hassle. We ordered the roasted garlic chicken pizza and two servings of chicken Alfredo penne. The penne had a delightful lemon twist that was pleasantly noticeable, while the pizza was both simple and delicious, featuring a crisp yet airy wood-fired crust. I would recommend adding a marinara option to the menu and perhaps some Mediterranean seafood dishes as well. However, what truly made our dining experience special wasn’t just the food; it was the personality and charm of our server. He is undoubtedly the greatest asset of this restaurant, and we plan to return, hoping to see him again.
I absolutely love the pizzas here. The Funghi pizza is incredible—it's a truly out-of-this-world experience (just be sure to enjoy arugula!). The chicken garlic pizza was also quite good, and the vegetable pizza is a solid option as well. However, I will always choose the Funghi. The service and atmosphere are both excellent. Just a heads up, this place opens at 3 PM, so be sure to check their hours before you go. The only thing that seemed average was the pasta—I didn’t try it myself, but someone in my group did.
