Our meal was good. Two people ordered the prix fixe and another ordered the Cowboy Ribeye on Bone. The meat was cooked to the preference of those who ordered. On the other hand, although our waitress was solicitous and very nice, the wait was exceptionally long, especially considering that the restaurant was not very busy. Some of the things that were requested, for example some more butter for the bread, were so late in coming that the bread was cold and the meal about over before it was received. My wife and I went to Sullivan‘s last night for dinner and the service was great and we really like the waiter. The food tasted great and didn't have any concerns about how the food tasted. I was a little disappointed that when ordering the dry aged tomahawk steak that most of the weight was actually bone in the steak itself wasn't really big for 100 bucks. So basically I spent $100 on a steak and I left hungry. I also think that the best Glass of wine on the menu that you can order by the glass the duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and it is for $35 a glass when that's probably over half the cost that they pay for the bottle. There should be higher quality wines by the glass on the menu for Steak...
The scallops and filet mignon at this restaurant were nothing short of exceptional. The scallops were seared to perfection, with a crispy exterior giving way to a juicy and flavorful interior. dining at prices. Nothing here was fantastic. Would not recommend or return. As info I have been to them all- Ruth Chris’, Mortons, Capital Grill etc. most are overpriced by nature but do serve a good meal. While everyone at the table ate, no one was wowing. Everything was cooked correct, service was fine. But again nothing extraordinary. PAINFULLY average. No disrespect I have had taster steaks at Texas Road House at a 1/3 of the price. I got the QUATTRO BURGER and all I can say is O.M.G!! It arrived at the perfect temperature, juicy, chargrilled to perfection and the peppered blue cheese cream cheese spread was just phenomenal. Very flavorful. Crispy Parmesan fries to top it off! Definitely worth it.
Steaks were all pink the middle. 12oz was suppose to be well done. 8oz was suppose to be medium well. Both were completely pink inside. Everything else was delicious wish there was a way to order the bread.
Tough French Dip which was challenging. Didnt have to rate other missing items. Cost is pretty high, probably because i paid $70 for a French dip sandwich. I really wish it would have been good
